1. PRIMARY FUNCTION:

State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.

Involve in tendering activities & prepare fit to purpose / optimize solution respecting (national and international) standards, procedures, quality check lists, guidelines and applicable law and rules & regulations with regard to (product) costs, quality, product design are met.

Tendering Engineer

a. To co-ordinate among various disciplines e.g. electrical and instrumentation, HVAC, F&G, steel structure and analyse customer specification, data sheets, SLD and RFQ documents thoroughly and to prepare high quality techno commercial offer for TMBS opportunities.

b. To participate technical query closure (TBE) process with customers.

c. To prepare commercial bid as per TMBS terms & conditions.

d. To support business growth and improve profitability & hit rate.

e. To improve customer satisfaction.

f. To ensure High Quality (first time right) of technical offer.

2. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

2. Stay up-to-date in ME market

Take ownership of tendering activity, highlight techno-commercial risk and arrange response to customer.
