Role Overview

Were looking for an AI Model Tuning & Prompt Engineer to push the boundaries of LLM finetuning highvelocity prompting and AI performance optimization. Youll work closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance AIdriven workflows improve response accuracy and build scalable AI solutions for financial services.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in rapid experimentation understands how to optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and can iterate fast to improve outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Tune optimize and finetune LLMs to improve accuracy relevance and efficiency in debt resolution workflows.

Develop and refine highvelocity prompts to optimize model responses for various financial scenarios.

Work with structured and unstructured data to train models analyze outputs and iterate quickly.

Experiment with parameter tuning embeddings retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) and token efficiency.

Implement guardrails and prompt engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deploy and monitor AIdriven automation.

Stay ahead of advancements in AI models NLP techniques and finetuning frameworks.

What Were Looking For

Strong experience in LLM tuning prompt engineering or AI model optimization.

Familiarity with OpenAI Anthropic Mistral Meta Llama and other foundation models.

Ability to rapidly iterate on prompts and hyperparameter tuning to improve model outputs.

Experience with Python LangChain Hugging Face or other LLM frameworks.

Understanding of vector databases (e.g. Pinecone Weaviate Chroma) and embeddings.

Strong problemsolving skills and an experimental mindset.

Bonus: Experience in AI for fintech debt collection or regulatory compliance.
