ELV COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all sitelevel ELV activities in line with project specifications schedules and standards.
• Supervise and guide site technicians subcontractors and labor teams in ELV installation works.
• Monitor and ensure quality safety and compliance during the of ELV systems.
• Review and interpret ELV design drawings shop drawings and material submittals.
• Work closely with the Project Manager Consultants and other MEP/Construction teams for seamless integration of ELV systems.
• Track project progress identify site issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct daily/weekly site inspections and prepare site progress reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of ELV materials and proper installation as per approved layouts.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections approvals and handovers.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Electronics or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of ELV site coordination experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and site practices (CCTV Fire Alarm Access Control etc..
• Familiar with UAE codes and authority regulations (e.g. SIRA Civil Defense).
• Strong interpersonal site management and coordination skills.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
