E-commerce Executive – FMCG / Food Distribution Dubai

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive – FMCG to manage and grow our online sales channels across marketplaces and internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG e-commerce operations listings coordination with fulfillment teams and optimizing product visibility online.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage FMCG product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon Noon Talabat Instashop etc.) including pricing descriptions images and promotions.
Coordinate with sales warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy order fulfillment and smooth delivery.
Monitor daily orders resolve operational issues and ensure SLA adherence for all e-commerce FMCG sales.
Optimize product visibility through keyword research content improvements and promotional planning.
Analyze online sales reports market trends and consumer behavior to drive revenue growth.
Plan and execute online campaigns and offers collaborating with the marketing team.
Manage customer reviews and ratings across platforms to improve marketplace reputation.
Track competitor activity and propose adjustments to improve performance and conversion rates.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations within the FMCG sector (online grocery / food distribution preferred).
Strong understanding of UAE online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
Proficient in MS Excel e-commerce dashboards and order management tools.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of online advertising and product SEO is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP/inventory systems and online catalogue management
Candidates with FMCG & HORECA/retail background will be prioritized
