- Bachelors degree mandatory & CIPD preferred
- 10 years minimum of experience in HR
- 5 years minimum in a leadership role
- experience with capturing metrics and reporting for the function
- Talent acquisition experience
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems and experience with SAP preferrable.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and employment laws and regulations
- Succession planning experience
