Director - Strategy

• Formulate and execute strategies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with senior leadership to plan and deliver the development of strategies that are in line with the client brief, vision and ambition.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to deliver the projects within the real estate sector.
• Support and guide the team to encourage individual and collaborative development.
• Leverage experience within the real estate industry to review strategies and advise key clients.
• Administer extensive bench marking and analytical reviews within the industry to advise and justify these recommendations to clients.
• Prepare and oversee reports within the team, including but not limited to financial models, executive presentations, due diligence and market research.
• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in developing strategies for large-scale assets including but not limited to sectors like hospitality, commercial, residential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.

Past work experience in consulting firms leading efforts within the real estate division.

Demonstrated ability to lead a team and offer consistent support.

Clear communication and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders.
