Director of Strategy Futures

• Liaise with senior executive leadership as well as engage with internal and external stakeholders across the government ecosystem to define long term sectoral and organisation strategy.
• Oversee the development of a policy evaluation framework that supports the design of key public policies, linking it with the long term strategic initiatives and helping drive innovation and implementation.
• Periodically monitor and review existing strategic plans, and keep abreast of latest trends, both regionally and internationally, in order to incorporate them into the entity's long term vision.
• Interpret and synthesise performance metrics to identify meaningful insights that can support your decisions.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Must have an undergraduate degree from a top - tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, finance, public policy, or engineering.
• An MBA or relevant master's degree is highly preferred.
• Must have strategy/management consulting experience from a globally recognised consulting firm.
• Must have strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long- lasting client relationships.
• Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team, while leading a diverse and multicultural team.
• Must be a UAE National.
