Director IT Transformation

• Develop a clear vision and strategy for IT transformation aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitiveness within the IT landscape.
• Design a holistic roadmap for IT transformation, encompassing process improvements, technology modernization, cultural change, and organizational restructuring.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate the existing IT infrastructure, applications, and systems to identify areas for modernization, consolidation, or migration to cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption during the transformation journey.
  

Your Qualifications

• At least 15+ years in IT leadership roles, or IT consulting firms, including a track record of successfully leading complex IT transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT management and transformation.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or other related certifications are a plus.
