Director - Health

• Translate health related strategies, policies and visions into actionable implementation plans including key performance metrics to measure success
• Identify key stakeholders across government entities to help accelerate progress and achieve desired outcomes
• Stay up to date on emerging trends in the healthcare sector and leverage these insights to ensure strategies are responsive to future challenges in global and local markets
• Develop communication approach plans for projects to provide regular reports, research findings and progress updates for project deliverables to stakeholders
• Implement policies and procedures to measure the performance of the department
• Develop a robust framework to manage project requests ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives with the greatest impact
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• A UAE national with family book. Fluent in Arabic and English
• A bachelors degree in a relevant field, masters degree highly preferred
• Experience delivering strategic healthcare policy projects for an international consulting firm, specifically for public sector clients
• A solid understanding of healthcare system operations in the Middle East
• Exposure to project finance planning and budgeting at a departmental level
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate with senior leadership to ensure agreement across organisations with conflicting priorities and timeframes
