- Install, configure, and troubleshoot digital printing equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair of digital printing machines.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their printing needs and provide technical solutions.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in digital printing technology and recommend upgrades or new equipment to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to digital printing equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair activities.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote digital printing solutions.
