Digital Performance Analytics Manager for UAE

VAM Systems is currently looking for Digital Performance Analytics Manager for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with extensive experience in implementation (Google Analytics - UA, GA4), data visualization and business reporting. Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization Experience configuring Tag Management tools GTM Strong knowledge and experience implementing Google Analytics with enhanced ecommerce, and Cross-domain tracking. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: Running A/B tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Education and Experience: Understanding of a data visualization tool such as Google Data Studio Experience in the Telecom Industry Basic Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML Expected Competencies: Ability to gain and maintain mutual trust and respect of colleagues. Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to achieving objectives. Exceptional communication skills written and presentation. Job Responsibilities: Implement Google Analytics (UA, GA4) using GTM and Data layer for du websites and apps. Develop and implement coding practices for site tagging and follow standards Develop custom solutions using JavaScript with Google Tag Manager for tracking user behavior with Google Analytics by manipulating data from JavaScript objects, HTML markup, URLs, and Cookies. Implement new analytics tags and strategically migrate the old tag framework of GTM into the new framework Implement third-party tagging for Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, Floodlights, Bing Ads etc. Execute analytics needs for Digital and other cross-functional teams at du including tracking Work with internal stakeholders at times on using data and insights to achieve their strategic goals; participation in cross-functional teams to analyze and tackle critical business challenges. Recommend enhancements and modifications to optimize Analytics Implementation processes. Firebase Implementation and Analysis.
