- Ensuring the quality and freshness of meats by inspecting and selecting the best cuts.
- Operating and maintaining butcher equipment, such as grinders, slicers, and knives.
- Packaging and labeling meats for display and sale.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering their questions.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure availability of meats.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new meat cutting techniques.
