About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and drive our integrated marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. This role requires strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools CRM systems and multi-channel campaign execution with a particular focus on email LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and manage email sequences and automation workflows tailored to different customer segments.
-Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns including audience targeting messaging and performance tracking.
-Execute email marketing campaigns (Zoho) including design scheduling A/B testing and analytics review.
-Oversee YouTube content strategy** including briefing scripting scheduling and performance reporting.
Marketing Automation & CRM
-Build test and optimize marketing automation flows using Zoho Marketing Automation.
-Maintain and oversee CRM hygiene and pipeline data accuracy (Zoho CRM preferred).
-Collaborate with sales to review lead qualification criteria regularly and ensure proper lead nurturing.
Data & Audience Management
-Manage and update segmented contact lists for targeted campaigns.
-Leverage analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and lead engagement.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
* 2 4 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
* Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Zoho CRM or similar tools.
* Strong proficiency in email marketing lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
* Experience in LinkedIn marketing and outreach.
* Familiarity with YouTube content production and platform management.
* Comfortable working with data tools and performance metrics.
* Excellent communication coordination skills.
