Job Summary
Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Flexible at least 3 hours overlap with UK GMT or US EST
Salary: $2500$4000 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based performance marketing agency to hire for this role. They run paid and organic campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients and need a specialist to drive measurable results.
Youll plan and execute campaigns across Meta Google TikTok and email setting up ads monitoring performance optimising spend and reporting clearly on whats moving the needle.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor daily performance and optimise bids audiences and creatives
- Build email campaigns and automated flows in Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Track and report on KPIs ROAS CPA CTR conversion rate
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and test new ideas
- Hands-on experience with at least one paid channel (Meta or Google)
- Analytically minded comfortable in dashboards and spreadsheets
- Good written English for client-facing reports
- Curious and willing to test you form hypotheses and check them
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Background in e-commerce or B2B marketing
- $2500$4000 USD/month based on experience
