Digital Employer Branding Manager

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications with an interest in Human Resources.

• Proven minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is a plus.
