Key Responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will:
• Develop and manage business relationships with prospective owners and partners
• Execute and develop strategies and annual plans for the distribution of the Group to include acquisition and disposition goals within the projected timeframes within the Middle East region.
• Negotiating and closing deals on wholly-owned acquisitions, joint ventures and management contracts
• Prepare and present development opportunities and proposals to appropriate parties to support the Group's business strategies.
• Identifying alternative strategies and vehicles for financing and/or restructuring of real estate loans which facilitate cost-efficient deal structuring and partnering opportunities. Ensuring deals meet desired projections on revenues and returns.
• Understand the vision of the development trend and hotels's future requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants should possess:
• MBA preferred
• BS/BA in Business, Finance or Real Estate or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality experience preferred.
• 10 years experience in commercial real estate or business partnerships and retail/hospitality companies.
• Gravitas, integrity and a high level of EQ.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and consensus-building skills.
• Ideally Arabic speaking or culturally well versed in the market.
