Deputy Head of Primary School Pastoral

Job purpose:

Support the in creating a purposeful, caring, learning environment for children. Inspire creative, mindful learners, fostering diversity, collaboration, and success.

Expectations as a Senior Leader, you will articulate a vision for the year group within the school's ethos, contribute to planning and resource management, uphold high standards, and collaborate in day-to-day school operations. Be accountable to to the Head of Primary / Vice Principal , and contribute to the Performance Development Program.

• Senior Leadership position within the school.
• Substantial role with over 2,000 students in Primary.
• Substantial focus on students wellbeing, personal and social development within the primary school.
• Would work closely with the Primary school Leadership team and relevant colleagues within the Secondary School.
