- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to cleaning services.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to staff, ensuring proper coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
