Job Summary
About the Role
- Explore data engineer features and build machine learning models for real business challenges.
- Design run and evaluate experiments to support products such as fraud detection recommendation engines ranking and personalisation.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers and backend developers to bring successful models into production.
- Present insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative data-driven environment focused on continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in Data Science (internships research projects and academic work are welcomed).
- Strong Python skills with experience using pandas NumPy and scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning statistics and experimental design.
- Good SQL skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Nice to have: Exposure to Spark Databricks recommendation systems fraud detection or SaaS/high-scale product environments.

Required Skills:
Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related discipline. Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Professional Certifications (Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certifications TOGAF Digital Transformation or Enterprise Architecture Certifications Experience Minimum 1215 years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise Applications Digital Solutions or Digital Transformation. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Mandatory experience within Banking Financial Services Investment Management Sovereign Wealth Funds Asset Management or related financial institutions. Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise application initiatives. Experience managing ERP systems enterprise platforms cloud migration programs and system integration projects. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and business-technology alignment. Technical Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications ERP platforms and Digital Business Solutions. Experience with cloud technologies system integration APIs and digital platforms. Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Automation RPA Data Analytics and emerging technologies. Knowledge of cybersecurity governance risk management and compliance frameworks. Experience managing technology vendors and outsourced service providers.
