Responsibilities of the Customer Support Advisor:

  • Responding to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all, supporting with questions and queries.
  • Maximizing opportunities to showcase brand's products.
  • Multitasking and navigating multiple systems.

To be a Customer Support Advisor you'll need:

  • High level of fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
  • 6 months in Customer Sales or Customer Service.
  • Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
  • You’re interested in driving customer satisfaction and promoting the client’s brand and products.
  • Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system.
  • Experience working towards targets or KPIS.
