Odoo Technical Support Specialist

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading company in the events industry who are looking to find a highly skilled Odoo Technical Support Specialist to assist in the successful implementation of Odoo ERP system. This is a contract role where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in training staff facilitating system migration and ensuring the effective utilization of Odoo within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement through Odoo implementation.

Configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our company potentially including customization.

Develop a comprehensive data migration plan and ensure accurate and secure transfer of existing data to the new system.

Design and deliver training programs for staff at all levels ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in using Odoo.

Provide ongoing technical support to users troubleshoot any issues and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Maintain uptodate knowledge of Odoo functionalities and best practices.

Document the entire implementation process for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience in Odoo implementation in a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of Odoo architecture modules and features and their role in business process optimization.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Experience with data migration techniques.

Effective communication training and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong commitment to deadlines and a high level of accuracy.

Odoo certification (e.g. Odoo Developer Odoo Functional Consultant) is a plus.
