Responsibilities

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist

As aCustomer Service Specialist you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise.

• Engage with customers worldwidevia email phone and live chat in English Spanish and/or Italian and ideally German

Qualifications
