Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Service Agent located in Riyadh. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone email and chat. You will need to identify and resolve customer issues as well as escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member or department. In addition you will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints in the system.
