Customer Service Representative - Jumla tech Company

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Service Agent located in Riyadh. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone email and chat. You will need to identify and resolve customer issues as well as escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member or department. In addition you will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints in the system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in customer service or a related field for at least 2 years
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (verbal and written communication)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field is preferred but not required
