Customer Service Representative (EnglishFarsi Bilingual)

• Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST
  

• Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)
  

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused English/Farsi Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone email and text. The ideal candidate will assist customers with scheduling enrollments payment processing and general inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and text
  
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding services appointments and general inquiries
  

• Schedule and reschedule appointments using the company scheduling system
  
• Assist customers with enrollments and payment processing
  

• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports
  
• Coordinate with instructors and support daily administrative operations
  

• Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written)
  
• Strong customer service communication and call handling skills
  
• Excellent written communication skills for email and text support
  
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and comfortable learning new systems
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  

• Knowledge of driving school operations scheduling processes or DMV-related procedures
