About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused English/Farsi Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone email and text. The ideal candidate will assist customers with scheduling enrollments payment processing and general inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and text
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding services appointments and general inquiries
Scheduling & Enrollment Support
- Schedule and reschedule appointments using the company scheduling system
- Assist customers with enrollments and payment processing
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports
- Coordinate with instructors and support daily administrative operations
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service communication and call handling skills
- Excellent written communication skills for email and text support
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and comfortable learning new systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good to Have
- Knowledge of driving school operations scheduling processes or DMV-related procedures
