Job Description

Req ID : 2388380

Previous experience: Extensive experience in customer service and supervising service teams. Position may require previous work as a Customer Service Representative or Service Supervisor.

Leadership skills: The ability to manage and direct the work team in the customer service department, motivate them and improve their performance.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of CRM systems and technical support and communications tools.

Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, solve their problems effectively and friendly, and deal with difficult situations.

Strategic thinking: The ability to develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
