Our services are retained by a high profile player in their arena. Our mandate is to engage top talent for their growing Information Technology office to help spearhead new training mandates and implementation of new e-learning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead new IT Training implementations, strategies and overall roadmap to ensure employee success
- In-depth continuous development and improvement of training programs that are business and regulatory compliant
- Strong people person able to work with variety stakeholders in an enterprise environment to ensure efficient deployment of eLearning modules to meet all staff needs
- Spearhead delivery workshops, demo sessions and training programs
- Ensuring detailed documentation, manuals, solutions and troubleshooting manuals and tracking system
Requirements
Must haves:
- 6+ years progressive experience and have been in a management role
- In-depth training & development experience in IT space
- Must currently reside inside Canada and be able to work in Canada legally
Nice to haves:
- Hands-on experience with relevant eLearning Programs
- Relevant training certifications (ie. Train the Trainer) and Occupational Health & Safety certifications
- Have worked in manufacturing or oil & gas environment in training program creation environment
