Job Summary

Join KONE a Top Employer in the UAE and build your career with a global leader in people flow solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our Customer Service team and play a key role in supporting our service and maintenance operations.

What Youll Do

  • Provide administrative support to Service Sales and Maintenance teams.

  • Prepare and process customer contracts renewals and service-related documentation.

  • Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Support maintenance planning technician scheduling and service operations.

  • Assist with inspections reporting customer portals and tender documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management across systems.

What Were Looking For

  • UAE National (Family Book holder).

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Previous experience in administration customer service or coordination roles is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook Teams).

  • Experience with SAP CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
