Responsibilities:
• A focused customer obsessesion that enables Amazon to understand PanMENA customers and shape a stronger product to meet their needs.
• This role is expected to play a significant role in Amazon MENA’s pursuit to create best-in-class customer experience across 3 marketplaces (AE, SA, EG) via 1) superior deals proposition that delights customers and creates word of mouth.
• This role is complex because it is multi-disciplinary, combining deals, peak events, and customer studies across User experience studies/ surveys to actively cultivate insights to shape our merchandising and marketing strategy to better serve the customer across AE, SA and EG.
