- Unify the sterilization process for camera / Scopes / Loan instrument / Hospital instrument.
- Product evaluation and assessment.
- Monthly set Utilization report.
- Identify Idle Set across the unit.
- Review instrument purchase request before forwarding to purchase department.
- Organize Mandatory Training program.
- Competency assessment.
- Hiring and staff Movement in the group.
- Propose a platform to increase efficiency of work.
