CRM Solution Architect - Halian

A wellestablished company based in Abu Dhabi are looking for a CRM Solution Architect

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for CRM system improvements.
• Solution Design:
• Design and architect CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organizations data structure and integration points with other systems.
• Define data models entities and relationships within the CRM system.
• Customization and Configuration:
• Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and implement custom workflows automation and business rules.
• Integration:
• Design and implement integrations between the CRM system and other business applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other systems such as ERP or marketing automation tools.
• Security and Access Control:
• Define and implement security models and access controls to protect sensitive data within the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• User Training and Support:
• Provide training to endusers on the effective use of the CRM system.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRMrelated issues.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CRM solution including design specifications configurations and customizations.
• Collaboration with Development Teams:
• Work closely with development teams to ensure custom code aligns with the overall CRM architecture.
• Review and validate custom development work for CRM solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets functional and performance requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of CRM industry trends best practices and updates.
• Propose and implement enhancements to the CRM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management:
• Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Vendor Management:
• Interact with CRM platform vendors to understand new features updates and support options.
• Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors providing CRMrelated services.

Your Qualifications

• Solution and Technology Architecture expertise with a minimum of 12 years of work experience in designing Enterprise grade solutions with a proven track record in executing complex IT projects.
  
  • Expertise in Airline domain (PSS Airline and Airport operations Cargo engineering etc) is preferable
  • Experience of Enterprise architecture Service Oriented Architecture microservices and other integration methodologies ideally in Airline domain
  • Experience with the architecture of mission critical high transaction volume environments
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle using traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in C level stakeholder management. The position requires working closely with other architects business teams and project teams
  • Proven experience in recognizing the corporate strategy and realizing all business processes that define how a company achieves its strategic goals.
  • Experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT driving common approaches delivering sustainable reusable enterprise architecture using both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree is desirable. One or more Certification in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture is preferred. e.g. Well Architected Frameworks SAFe Architect TOGAF Open Certified Architect ISEB Architecture
  • Experience in SAFe Agile and other methodologies preferred.
  • Certifications in one or more of the CRM technologies would be preferable: Salesforce Dynamics 365 SAP CRM Oracle CRM etc.
