Responsibilities
- Process Mercantile Credit reports for new account applications
- Upload new accounts onto CRM/system and maintain diary notes
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to address customer queries and concerns
- Maintain daily filing of customer files
- Handle limit increases under discretionary limit and lodge them with the insurance company
- Respond to trade reference requests from industry associates
- Obtain trade references for existing customers
