Our client, a management consulting firm is looking for a Corporate Trainer who specialize in creating and delivering corporate training programs - behavioral and leadership programs. This is a project based assignment which will run for 2 to 3 months. The selected individuals might be comfortable to do run an in-person / online programs and travel across MENA region when required.
- Develop programs and curriculum for the employee of the organization
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
- Collaborate with the company s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Ensure the compliance of the company s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
Requirements
To be considered for this job opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:
- bachelor degree holder
- preferably with additional HR/ Training qualifications
- fluent in Arabic language
- have at least 2 to 5 years of conducting behavioral and leadership training programs in Arabic
- willing to travel when required
- willing to work on a short term assignment
- has a valid working/residence visa
