Level: 58 PQE
Job Description:
Our client is a UKheadquartered law firm with a truly global presence. Furthermore they enjoy a deep local presence in the Middle East. The role is for a 5PQE lawyer to join the Corporate team in Dubai UAE. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual with solid experience looking to join a toptier firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions including structuring negotiation and .
Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports on findings.
Draft and review transactional documents including purchase agreements disclosure schedules and shareholder agreements.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice to clients on their corporate governance and compliance obligations.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and market trends affecting M&A transactions.
Support junior team members through mentoring and training.
Requirements:
Qualified CommonLaw Solicitor 5PQE) with a strong academic background and a relevant legal qualification.
Previous experience or exposure to corporate m&a matters.
Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
