Job Summary
Position: Cook
Salary:2500-3000 AED
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic and Indian dishes including appetizers main courses and desserts according to our menu and recipes
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to the highest standards and presented in an attractive manner
- Monitor food stock levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff ensuring they follow proper cooking techniques and safety procedure
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook
- In-depth knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine including traditional cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
