COO - Chief Operating Officer

Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to enhance productivity efficiency and overall performance. Oversee and manage the operational budget ensuring costeffective operations and allocating resources appropriately to achieve business objectives. Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization. Monitor and analyse key operational metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Coordinate and collaborate with different departments including animal production agricultural management and industrial operations to ensure seamless integration and effective crossfunctional communication. Lead and mentor a highperforming team providing guidance support and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations health and safety standards and environmental policies. Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth expansion and diversification within the animal agricultural and industrial sectors. Assess and mitigate risks within the operational framework implementing strategies to minimize potential disruptions and challenges. Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships. Developing and implementing new products and services thinking strategically and making sound decisions. Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Bachelor s degree in business administration Agriculture Animal Science Industrial Management or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. Proven experience in manufacturing operations with at least 10 years in a senior management position within the animal agricultural or industrial sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. Excellent business acumen and strategic planning abilities. Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations compliance standards and market trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders clients and team members. Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency process improvement and cost optimization. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment demonstrating resilience and problemsolving skills. Strong understanding of business operations including finance marketing and sales.
