Job Title: Malaysian Conversion Agent

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Malaysian Conversion Agent to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer conversions ensuring smooth onboarding and providing excellent support to Malaysian clients. Full relocation assistance will be provided.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Prior experience working with Malaysian clients or in the Malaysian market.
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
