Content Creative and Integrations Manager-Radio

Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative Radio Creative and Integrations Manager to lead the development of engaging content and integrations that drive brand messaging and listener engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative production campaign creation integration and an understanding of radio programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce compelling creative content for radio programs commercials and brand integrations
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns that integrate seamlessly with radio programming and audience preferences
• Collaborate with the sales marketing and programming teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives
• Coordinate with onair talent and production teams to implement integrated campaigns promotions and sponsorships
• Manage endtoend of branded content ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
• Track and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Stay updated on radio trends audience insights and competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
• Work closely with PR Agencies clients and stakeholders to pitch and present creative concepts ideas and integration opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field
• Proven experience in radio production advertising or media management
• Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of storytelling branding and audience engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Arabic is a must
• Driving license is a must
• Strong problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to work
