Construction Manager: - High-Rise Building

We are a leading construction company in the UAE currently seeking a highly experienced construction manager to oversee our upcoming high-rise building developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• Minimum 15 years of experience with a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects
• Strong expertise in jumping floor systems construction methods and project execution
• Capable of leading project planning coordination with consultants and subcontractors and ensuring timely project delivery
• Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and local authority regulations
• Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
• Prior UAE or GCC experience in a similar role is highly preferred
