South Florida law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its construction department. The position will involve active participation in complex construction litigation matters, including construction defect litigation, breach of contract and business tort claims, delay claims, lien and bond claims, as well as construction project management and contract negotiations. Minimum three years of litigation experience is required, although experience in construction law or the construction industry is a plus. Looking for a self-starter with strong communication, drafting and research skills. Benefits commensurate with experience.
