Development of local HJ sales talents:
Develop the number of Sales Associate selling HJ in the Middle East region
Support Retail team to transmit and share expertise on selling HJ skills in collaboration with WFJ Trainer
Plan and set up HJ preparation meetings along with WFJ Trainer before each event or major opportunities
Collaborate with High-End Business Lead & WFJ trainer in order to develop sales talents through global programs follow-up and local action implementation
Facilitate sharing of best practices and animate with High-End topics the Retail Team community, as well as sales rewards
You have 7 to 10 years’ experience in the luxury industry, preferably with a sales and managerial background. You have existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and VIPs in the GCC market. Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must, Arabic and French Language skills are an advantage.
