Concierge Cum Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Bellman / Concierge Agent to join our Front Office team at Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.

As a key member of the hotel team you will create memorable guest experiences by providing warm welcomes efficient luggage assistance and personalized service throughout the guest journey.

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure ensuring a warm and professional first and last impression.
• Handle guest luggage escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements including taxis airport transfers and local recommendations.
• Provide concierge support by responding to guest inquiries arranging reservations and sharing knowledge of local attractions and experiences.
• Maintain excellent communication with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Deliver prompt and personalized assistance while handling guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of guest luggage according to hotel standards.
• Assist with hotel transportation services and operate hotel vehicles when required. A valid UAE   heavy driving license is required for this position.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming appearance and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow all hotel policies safety procedures and service standards while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel guest services or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong guest service orientation with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Additional Information :

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English & additional languages are a plus
