Compliance Officer

Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to strengthen its governance framework and ensure business operations remain fully aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Role

The Compliance Officer will oversee compliance monitoring activities support regulatory reporting and ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to foster a culture of compliance while supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain compliance procedures and internal controls.
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal monitoring activities.
• Support regulatory reporting and documentation requirements.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain compliance registers and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver compliance awareness and ethics training.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting the organization.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
• Support governance and enterprise risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Finance or a related discipline.
• 4 years of compliance or governance experience.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Professional compliance certifications are advantageous.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English is required.
