4 years of compliance or governance experience.
Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Professional compliance certifications are advantageous.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Fluency in English is required.
