· Collaborate with supervisors to establish detailed procedures.
· Outline daily tasks and create a step-by-step plan based on priorities set by the Commissioning Manager.
· Allocate assignments to the supervisors and assistants.
· Ensure the adherence to established procedures and the agreed timeline for all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
· Maintain quality standards and safety procedures among the commissioning team, including compliance with work permit requirements.
· Coordinate with Commissioning discipline Superintendents (electrical, instrument, mechanical) to complete pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks to allow the hand-over of the project within the target dates and priorities defined with the Commissioning Manager.
