Commis Chef

A well-established restaurant specializing in authentic Anatolian cuisine is seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef Bakery to join its culinary team in Abu Dhabi. This onsite role supports the bakery and pastry section in producing high-quality baked goods ensuring guests consistently enjoy fresh and expertly prepared products.

• Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods in line with established recipes and techniques.
  

• Support senior chefs with baking tasks including mixing rolling shaping dough and monitoring baking times and temperatures.
  

• Ensure proper organization labeling and storage of ingredients while maintaining food safety standards.
  

• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the workstation according to kitchen regulations.
  

• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient service during high-volume periods.
  

• Previous bakery experience or relevant culinary training.
  

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and bakery ingredients.
  

• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
  

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  

• Good time management organizational and teamwork skills.
  

• Commitment to high standards of hygiene cleanliness and food safety.
  

• Flexible availability for shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
  

• Experience handling various doughs and bakery preparations.
  

• Knowledge of ingredient rotation labeling and storage best practices.
  

• Ability to contribute positively during busy service periods.
