1. Focus on the commercial /sales activities including exploring more business from existing customers and add new customers and business segments
2. Commercially grow the business in line with the business strategy and meet annual budget.
3. Build a strong portfolio of new customers in various business segments.
4. Manage customer costing and pricing to ensure profitability in alignment with operations and other stakeholders
5. Agree and continually review with operations on improving the Customer experience/performance, besides helping operation achieving Logistics efficiency/cost savings.
