Job Summary
Role Overview
As a Cluster Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition youll play a key role in attracting identifying and hiring the best talent across the cluster. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership teams youll support and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
Youll be a key ambassador of the employer brand helping to position our hotels as an employer of choice while ensuring recruitment practices align with business needs company values and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition activities across the cluster from manpower planning and sourcing to selection offer management and onboarding.
Partner with Department Heads Hiring Managers and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates across all properties.
Source candidates through job portals social media professional networks recruitment agencies career fairs referrals and other talent channels.
Conduct candidate screening competency-based interviews assessments and selection processes in line with established recruitment standards.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs recruitment drives open days university/college partnerships and other talent attraction initiatives.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience providing timely communication and maintaining strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate offer management pre-employment documentation background checks and joining formalities in collaboration with the relevant HR teams.
Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to strengthen the clusters position as an employer of choice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners educational institutions professional networks and talent communities.
Monitor recruitment activity and provide regular talent acquisition reports and analytics including vacancies time-to-fill source of hire recruitment costs and pipeline status.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies labor laws employment regulations and brand standards.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of talent acquisition policies procedures systems and recruitment processes across the cluster.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency candidate quality retention and overall hiring effectiveness.
Support internal mobility succession planning and talent development initiatives by identifying and promoting internal talent opportunities.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment and selection to onboarding and employee integration.
Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks recruitment practices and emerging talent acquisition channels to support competitive hiring strategies.
Assist with HR projects audits workforce planning and other people-related initiatives as required.
Promote a workplace culture that values diversity equity inclusion employee wellbeing and equal employment opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources ideally within hospitality or a service-driven industry.
Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment onboarding employee relations training and records management).
Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations (or ability to quickly learn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
