Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed clinical reports.
Diagnose cognitive emotional and behavioral disorders related to neurological conditions.
Develop individualized treatment and cognitive rehabilitation plans.
Provide psychological interventions and counseling for patients and their families.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
Educate patients caregivers and healthcare professionals on neuropsychological conditions and management strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives research and continuing professional development.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Education
Doctorate (PhD or PsyD)/Masters in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Neuropsychology or Clinical Neuropsychology.
Completion of an accredited Neuropsychology fellowship/training program.
Experience
Minimum 35 years of post-qualification clinical neuropsychology experience in an acute hospital rehabilitation center or neuroscience facility.
Experience with adult and/or pediatric neuropsychological assessment (depending on service requirements).
Licensure
Current or eligible for DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) licensure as a Clinical Neuropsychologist or Clinical Psychologist with Neuropsychology specialization.
Valid professional license from home country (where applicable).
