Job Summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking aClient Technology Partnerto lead our professional and consulting this high-impact leadership role you will serve as a trusted technology advisor for our largest most strategic clients ensuring the profitable high-quality implementation and support of our core information and productized solutions while driving long-term business growth.
As a Client Technology Partner you will:
- Serve as the primary executive contactand trusted technology advisor representing the Thomson Reuters Enterprise Professional Services organization to build deep credibility and partnership.
- Cultivate high-impact relationshipswith key client stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Align technology proposals and project objectiveswith the clients long-term strategic business and technology goals.
- Lead executive engagements including Steering Committee meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure project success and maintain strong brand perception.
- Drive commercial growthby identifying upsell cross-sell and referral opportunities grounded in a deep understanding of the clients business priorities.
- Partner with internal Project Managersand delivery teams to ensure flawless high-quality project execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Champion product adoptionby working closely with client stakeholders to ensure Thomson Reuters solutions are deeply integrated into their daily workflows.
- Deliver external thought leadershipby presenting at industry conferences participating in customer advisory boards and authoring white papers.
- Influence internal product strategyby sharing client insights and feedback with Solution Architecture and Product Development teams to drive continuous solution enhancement.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 15 years of experiencein enterprise account management program delivery consulting or professional services preferably within the technology or data sector.
- Demonstrated track recordof managing high-value complex client accounts and partnering directly with C-suite executives.
- Exceptional executive presenceand communication skills with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire confidence at all levels.
- Strong background in consultative solution-based sellingand identifying commercial opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Adept at stakeholder management with the ability to align competing priorities and navigate complex matrixed organizations.
- High strategic agility possessing the unique ability to dive deep into technical and project details while seamlessly elevating discussions to high-level business strategy.
