Job Description

- Support RMs in providing and advancing excellent service to clients to achieve client retention.
- Partner with Client & Business Support in Head Office ensuring timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients’ requirements.
- Understand client requirements and assist RMs in maintenance of account relationships in terms of trading and credit.
- Execute trades across a mix of investment products using Bloomberg
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a strong client service focus
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledge of Private Banking investment products such as Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, FX Structured Notes and Derivatives (Futures & Options)
- Knowledge on use of Bloomberg
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
