Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Redetection of New Business o operation.
- Client Engagement at all levels
- Proactive in providing quality client service.
- Maintains contact with clients carriers and potential clients on a daily basis.
- Client service performance
- Other duties as assigned.
- Resolves issues with orders delivery dates or service.
- Resolves the clients complaint determining the cause of the problem.
